Smart Direct Warranty & Return Policy
All products are guaranteed against at least for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty maybe longer for some products as specified in the ads.
Warranty does not cover damage due to customer misuse, unauthorized modification or improper installation.
Buyers will be responsible for the cost of returning product back to us.
All sales are final, and we will not provide refund for the product purchased. However, we will provide warranty exchange for all defective units.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
There will be 20% restocking charge on all returns of non-defective products within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Smartvision Direct Flat Rate Shipping Policy
We've simplified the shipping process by offering $12.00 flat shipping rate on all our products per order.
This applies to Canada & US only. For international shipping address, please contact us first for exact shipping charges.
We will use Purolator or UPS for the standard shipping method. The lead time will usually be 1-2 days for Ontario, 2-3 days for Alberta, Saskatchewan, manitoba, and approximately 5-7 days for east side provices. However, we do not guarantee the delivery time. We will upgrade the shipping method using Express service if customer would like to add $5.00 for shipping.
We will ship out the item on the same day or next day after we have received the payment.
